Leveling Slopes Without Pouring Concrete

Does your plot have a noticeable slope? You don’t need to order an excavator or pour expensive, stepped retaining foundations. It’s enough to properly level the support points – on one side of the building, concrete blocks will simply be stacked higher. Crane Unloading

Difficult plot access, a narrow gate, or an existing fence are common problems in densely built-up areas. We often deliver our structures with trucks equipped with a powerful crane (HDS). The operator can lift the finished pavilion and smoothly move it over a fence, precisely lowering the structure into a designated, tight space.

Adapting Dimensions to Plot Boundaries

Standard masonry projects are difficult to modify. We create structures from scratch. If you are limited by a building line or an adjacent building, we can tailor your pavilion to your needs – narrow it, extend it, or create an unconventional entrance layout (e.g., on a shorter wall) to maximize every square meter of available land.

Bypassing Underground Infrastructure

Often, an attractive piece of land conceals a dense network of gas pipes, cables, or water mains, which completely rules out digging and excavating foundations. A modular building stands on the ground’s surface, without encroaching on the protective zones of underground installations, which significantly simplifies negotiations with authorities.
