The foundation of our facilities’ energy efficiency is the use of sandwich panels with a rigid polyurethane foam core (PIR/PUR). This material has outstanding insulating properties, significantly surpassing traditional polystyrene or mineral wool. It works like a thermos – retaining heat inside in winter and preventing rooms from heating up in summer.

Optimized heating

Thanks to excellent insulation, a minimal amount of energy is enough to heat our pavilion. Instead of installing power-hungry heaters, we usually equip our units with modern air conditioners with a heating function (operating on the principle of an air-source heat pump). This solution allows you to heat your office at a fraction of the cost incurred by tenants in older buildings.

No thermal bridges and airtightness

Heat usually escapes through leaky windows, doors, and wall joints. AP Projekt structures are based on precisely fitted panels, and panoramic glazing is made of so-called warm aluminum or PVC profiles. We eliminate the formation of thermal bridges, which guarantees full airtightness.

Eco-friendly production

Modular construction is much “greener” than traditional methods. At our facility in Grójec, we generate a fraction of the waste compared to a classic construction site (there is no concrete residue, rubble, or wasted water). Furthermore, the pavilion’s steel frame is a material that is 100% recyclable in the future.
