Structures up to 35m² (or 70m² under new regulations)

Freestanding single-story buildings with a built-up area of up to 35m² (or even up to 70m² for individual recreational buildings) can also often be erected with a simple notification. Our popular models measuring 6x3m (18m²) or 6x5m (30m²) fit perfectly within this limit. This allows you to start operations swiftly, instead of wasting time on bureaucracy.

Temporary Pavilion (for 180 days)

Construction law permits the erection of a temporary building structure without a building permit, based solely on an expedited notification procedure (this requires notification to the district starosty office 21 days before work begins). The condition is that the pavilion cannot be permanently affixed to the ground, and after 180 days, it must be moved to another location on the plot or dismantled. This is an ideal solution for seasonal sales offices, summer catering points, or structures supporting development investments.

When is a Permit Necessary?

If you plan a large structure (e.g., over 35m²) that will remain in one place for years, it will be treated as a standard utility building and will require a building permit. However, even then, this process is significantly simpler than with brick construction – we provide you with ready specifications and drawings of our module, which greatly facilitates your architect’s work in adapting the project to the plot.
